functional movement course

April 21-April 30

Tuesday & Thursday @12:15pm

These are 30 minute Semi-Private sessions for beginners.  In this course you'll learn the fundamentals of Functional Movement, which are the Lunge, Bend, Squat, Push, Pull, and Twist. Any weaknesses will be identified by a coach worked on specifically with you. We will also show you progressions and provide you with a training program which you can follow at home or at the gym. Stay strong and free!
