Low Carb Egg Muffin

Check out this super fast breakfast snack!  Eggs n’ ham!  You can use bacon as a substitute as well to line the cups.

Preheat oven to 350Simply line a muffin tray with slightly cooked baconDump in a raw egg and whatever fix'ns you want.  green onion, mushroom, salt and pepper are good! Throw in the oven and bake for 20 mins!
